Hi, my name is:  Nicole Palmieri

I have been with Hiregy since:  11 exciting and proud years!

 My job title with Hiregy is: Recruiting Director.  As the recruiting director, each day the tasks and challenges that I endure are exciting and fulfilling. Some days it is like playing a strategic game of chess and other days  it is like taking a relaxing walk on the beach.  

 My favorite thing about working for Hiregy is:  the role I play in balancing the daily activities between our clients and our employees.  Some days I feel I am a coach, psychologist, and a teacher. As far as my internal team goes, I feel like I am here for their amusement!

 Things people do not know about Nicole:  I have lived in New York, California, Texas, Arizona, Florida, Missouri, Virginia Beach, and Connecticut.

 Before coming to Hiregy, I:  worked for Avis, a family owned marketing company in Houston and for Spherion Staffing.

 When I’m not working at Hiregy, I enjoy:  all the attributes of living in Florida like taking walks on the beach, swimming in the pool, BBQing and always, always finding new restaurants to eat a snack and have a cold beverage.  Most importantly, I am a great baker/chef and the staff enjoys when I bring in goodies to feast on!

 At home, I have: a newborn (8 week old kitty named Zoey), a toddler (2 year old cat named Emma Lou) and my son Brendan who is my pride and joy who will be college bound soon!

 Some words I live by are:  My father always told me “Don’t ever apologize for who you are”. I also believe in the saying “Live each day to the fullest”
